Admin Manager / Office Manager 

✨Office Administrator Position Available✨

Joining our team means you will play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional administrative support to our staff and clients.

Duties will Include:

📞 Performing general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and documentation.

🗂️ Coordinating and scheduling jobs bookings, meetings, and site visits and organising the office diary

✂️Ordering office stationary & resources for projects

📓Maintaining accurate records and databases, including client information, project documentation, and financial records

📋 Assist in the preparation of relevant project documents.

🖥️ Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) · Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Xero experience prefered.

Requirements:

👩🏼‍💻🧑🏼‍💻 Proven experience in a similar administrative role in the construction industry or asbestos industry would be preferable but not essential as training can be provided

⏰ Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and time effectively.

🕵🏼‍♀️🕵🏼 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation

🏃‍♂️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

🚧 Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines related to asbestos and health & safety is a plus, but not essential as training can be provided

👷🏼‍♂️👷🏼‍♀️ Professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality is a MUST.

Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 30 per week Monday to Friday

Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience

Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person – Wigan
