Asbestos Surveying
We are a UKAS accredited inspection body No. 22911. We are accredited for Surveying for Asbestos in Premises which includes; Management surveys (domestic, commercial and industrial premises) Refurbishment and demolition surveys (domestic, commercial and industrial premises) and also Reinspection of identified or suspected asbestos containing material in surveyed premises.

Asbestos in Soils Testing
We can arrange for testing of samples of soils, made-ground, rock, ballast etc by a UKAS accredited laboratory to determine the presence (if any) and confirm the form of asbestos fibres within. When you have received your results, we can help you create an environmental management plan to management your contaminated land.
Land Decontamination & Remediation
Remedial options for contaminated land depend on your budget, the proposed land use, the site conditions, the type(s) of ACM present and the concentration within the land. We can help you plan your work and manage your contaminated land and help you arrange for remediation work with a suitably licensed contractor.
Asbestos Training
Under Section 2 of the Health & Safety Awareness Act it is required that you provide Information, instruction and training to your employees – asbestos awareness (at minimum) is intended to give workers and supervisors the information they need to avoid work that may disturb asbestos during any normal work which could disturb the fabric of a building, or any other item which might contain asbestos. We can provide you with tailored asbestos training to fit your needs.
