This is a full-time on-site role for an Asbestos Surveyor at Reactive Compliance UK Limited in England, United Kingdom. As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing the presence of asbestos in buildings and making recommendations for safe removal or containment of the material. You will also be required to produce high quality reports and liaise with clients to understand their specific needs.

Qualifications

• Professional certification in Asbestos Surveying
• (BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 Certificate)
• Experience in conducting asbestos surveys, including survey planning, sample collection, and bulk analysis
• Strong knowledge of asbestos regulations, including the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, and HSG 264: Asbestos: The Survey Guide
• Excellent report writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
• Commitment to health and safety in the workplace
