– Redundant reel of Asbestos Rope hidden amongst other items.

– Mini Asbestos CAF gaskets in original packaging within condensed cupboard of general tools & junk.

– Textiles to plant parts still packaged.

– Textiles within lenses of lights – not accessible without causing damage to the light itself, difficult to be seen.

– Highly damaged AIB ceilings above a restricted/difficult to access area, 3 ceilings above.

– AIB partition wall, with AIB sandwiched between wall & RSJ. Found through gaining access through a wall cavity behind fresh plasterboard.

No stone (literally) has been left unturned on this survey which is for a brand new client of ours Amongst many other ACMs identified on site, I think these were some great finds!
